This sunny North East facing home is tucked away from the Southerlies in its own microclimate. Harbour Lights is warm and cozy in winter and airy and delightful in summer. The home offers lovely gardens to wander in, secluded sheltered spots to sit and enjoy the view or read.
The master bedroom offers a Queen bed, Bedroom two offers a double bed & Bedroom 3 offers two King-Single beds.
The house is five minutes from town by car and five minutes from Tahunanui Beach. Across from the house is a public walkway that takes you straight down to Rocks Road where at high tide you can swim with the locals or walk fifteen minutes to the sandy beach.

No party or venue use. Smoking is not permitted inside. Pets are not permitted.
Car parking - The carport is generally used for the storage of the property owner's vehicle, however off-street parking is provided on the driveway and on-street parking is readily available in this quiet cul-de-sac.
Security camera - For the general security of the property & guests, camera surveils the entry area.
